The Norman Way is a heritage route that runs along the south coast of County Wexford starting in Rosslare. The route passes authentic medieval sites which tell the story of how the Normans became “more Irish than the Irish themselves“, over the past 800 years. Section 1 and Secton 2 of the EuroVelo route follow the Norman Way as far as Ballyhack. From here the Norman Way continues to New Ross and the EuroVelo route crosses the River Barrow eastuary to Co Waterford.
